How Information Is Used
Information may be used to generate school mascot and apparel concepts, improve platform performance, contact users regarding school projects, provide design and quote services, respond to support requests, facilitate bulk order pricing, improve user experience, and train internal business systems.
Sister Sites & Data Sharing
Concept Studio AI | School Edition is part of the Excel Sportswear family of services. Information you provide may be shared with Concept Studio AI and other Excel Sportswear systems to deliver design services, process quote requests, fulfill orders, and provide customer support.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers and affiliates who need it to operate the platform or fulfill your requests.
Third-Party Processing
Uploaded information may be processed through third-party technology providers including OpenAI, Google, cloud hosting providers, email services, and analytics providers. Users consent to this processing when using the platform.
Marketing Communications
Project, account, artist-review, quote, and order messages are operational communications related to services you request. If you separately opt in, Excel Sportswear may also use Brevo to send design inspiration, tips, product updates, and limited reminders about saved or unfinished school concepts. Marketing consent is optional and may be withdrawn at any time through account settings or the unsubscribe link in a marketing email.
Data Retention
Excel Sportswear may retain generated concepts, prompts, uploads, school project information, and order details for business, customer service, legal, operational, and portfolio purposes.
Your Choices
You may update your account information, opt out of marketing emails, or delete your account at any time from your account settings. Submitted quote and order requests may be retained after deletion so our team can complete or follow up on work already in progress.
