Marketing Communications
Project, account, artist-review, quote, and order messages are operational communications related to services you request. If you separately opt in, Excel Sportswear may also use Brevo to send design inspiration, tips, product updates, and limited reminders about saved or unfinished concepts. Marketing consent is optional and may be withdrawn at any time through account settings or the unsubscribe link in a marketing email.
Data Retention
Excel Sportswear may retain generated concepts, prompts, uploads, and project information for business, customer service, legal, operational, and portfolio purposes.
Your Choices
You may update your account information, opt out of marketing emails, or delete your account at any time from your account settings. Submitted quote and order requests may be retained after deletion so our team can complete or follow up on work already in progress.
