Concept Studio AI | School Edition concepts are intended to begin the design conversation. They are not final deliverables.
All concepts, prompts, compositions, layouts, generated artwork, mascot variations, design directions, derivative works, and creative outputs generated through Concept Studio AI | School Edition remain the intellectual property of Excel Sportswear unless otherwise transferred through a separate written agreement.
Sister Sites & Shared Creative Library
Mascots, artwork, and design references available within Concept Studio AI | School Edition may also be part of the shared creative library used across Concept Studio AI and other Excel Sportswear platforms. These assets are provided for concept generation only and remain the property of Excel Sportswear.
User Uploaded References
By uploading any school logo, mascot, trademark, photograph, artwork, vehicle image, building image, product image, character image, or other reference material, you represent and warrant that you own the content or possess sufficient rights and permissions to authorize its use.
You grant Excel Sportswear permission to analyze, store, modify, redraw, trace, stylize, and generate derivative concepts from the uploaded content for the purpose of concept generation, school apparel design, and related design services.
No Guarantee of Exclusivity
AI-generated concepts may resemble existing artwork, logos, designs, or other creative works.
Excel Sportswear does not warrant that AI-generated concepts are unique, exclusive, registrable, or free from third-party intellectual property claims.
Users are responsible for performing their own clearance review before any commercial use.
Production Rights
Generation of a concept does not grant manufacturing rights, printing rights, commercial licensing rights, or merchandise production rights. Separate agreements may be required for commercial usage.
Final Artwork
If Excel Sportswear creates custom artwork through its design process, ownership and usage rights will be governed by the terms associated with that project.
